WARNING - they will try to charge you additional money following booking...

Booked a property with Tempstay and paid the £600 in full. Was then asked to verify my identity and pay either £25 damage waiver or leave a security deposit with a NON REFUNDABLE charge - they wouldn't waive this fee in any circumstances. While the fee was a small amount it is the principle that I object to. Having paid in full I should not be forced to pay an additional fee in any circumstances
