Customer service is rude and they talk down to you...

Customer service is rude and they talk down to you, not working with you, but always assuming you are in the wrong. It's such a terrible experience after working with credit unions in the past. Never, ever again. In addition, I have spent the last 30 minutes trying to reach someone on the phone, (and was disconnected twice) because they keep charging me $25 for NSF, when I called them and told them they had the wrong account number, and they told me to just let it go and see if it goes through. Terrible experience. Stay far, far away.
FOLLOW UP: I wrote to the support site as the owner recommended and haven't received a response. It's been 3 days.
