Company printed product without approval on mock u...

Company printed product without approval on mock up and refuses to refund money. The imprint area ended up being tiny compared to mockup provided by ASI and did not match. They apparently sent a mock up but we never received it, we also never approved production and they made them anyway. When our client wasn't happy and we attempted to return them they wouldn't do anything about it. Absolutely garbage customer service.
