Hi, I am 2nd batch student of PGP in AIML. I am giving my honest review here. First thing-This course is only designed by NIT professors but training is given by some industry experts.I though training will also be provided by NIT professors. I joined this course because of NIT warangal name and the course curriculum. I though it will be quite descriptive and indepth. Trainer might have good knowledge regarding the topic but the training is quite basic. I am having more than 4+ years of exp in DS and total 8+ exp in IT industry. I have given feedback in their platform regarding the training but ... .This type of training won't help you at all in the industry. The way the trainer teaches is just to understand the basics of each algorithm and how to implement an algorithm not how the algorithm works or what is the need of this algorithm.There is no mathematical way of teaching the implementation of algorithms. I am not sure whether i should continue this course or not. Now a days people things mathematics is not required for DS but trust me being a DS i can say when your model stops working how mathematical knowledge about the algorithm helps you to rectify or understand the reason of failure. Data science is all about math + science + programming language. One can't ignore any of them. If with basic regression i am not satisfied then how can i continue till the end of this course?
