I worked at this company through a temp agency and I was disrespected by a supervisor named Pamela Eason. She cursed me out and called me dumb and even went as far as getting into my personal space with scissors in her hand while yelling at me. I felt very threatened being that I was almost 9months pregnant. When I told her get out of my space she replied she was putting things up. It doesn t take that long to put scissors in a drawer. My coworkers felt and said to me the supervisor Pam was wrong being that their conversation had nothing to do with me. The supervisor Pam was yelling so loud other workers from different clean rooms came to see what was going on. I stayed calm and never raised my voice while speaking to her because I was trying to protect my job and not put stress on my child. I called and tried to explain my side of what transpired and no one took the time to hear me out. I was told I wasn t a team player and was no longer an employee. It saddens me that a supervisor could do this and still have a job. Because I m a temporary worker what happens to me inside of the workplace does not matter. It s a shame. I am not the first to complain on this supervisor which is mind boggling.
