I recently had the opportunity to work with Thomas C. Baggaley Music and I must say it was an average experience. The website baggaleymusic.com is easy to navigate and has a decent selection of music. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and the staff was not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
