I have been a customer of Grameen-jameel microfinance ltd. for a while now and I must say that their services are average. Nothing too impressive, but not terrible either. The website is easy to navigate and the application process is straightforward. However, I would appreciate it if they were more responsive to customer queries. Overall, an average experience.
