This review has been edited after receiving a reply from the business owner.

1. When you go to the website every link redirects to scam websites. The reply, from the owner, says this does not happen however it does. Either by design or mistake the site clearly has some security issues and this isn't very professional (hence the 1 star review).

2. The owners reply, to my initial review, said that the company was listed on companies house and that the address matched the one on Google. While the company may be registered in Leeds, on companies house, the two address do not match. So either they are lying in their reply or they do not know that they have listed the wrong address. So again its either incomitance or dodgy.

3. The number is a Harrogate number (not Leeds) and that redirects to a Giffgaff mobile number. I rang during their business hours (stated on google) and no reply. the voice mail did not have any details other than 'welcome to Giffgaff voicemail'. The lack of any personal message from the company is very unprofessional.

4. After posting my initial review the company replied. instead of explaining the inaccuracies in there addresses and the strangeness of the phone number they double down.

If I was sending potentially important and personal legal documents to a company that i needed to be certified translated I would want to be able to trust the company is of good standing. With no inaccuracies with their phone numbers or website. And certainly no inaccuracies with there company addresses.
