I had an overall average experience with Wbs Group. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was prompt and helpful. However, there were a few issues with the product I purchased. The packaging was damaged and the product had some scratches. I reached out to customer service and they were able to resolve the issue quickly. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to fix the problem. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
