I had a mixed experience with Transway air & ocean freight. While their rates were competitive and the customer service was satisfactory, I faced some issues with the delivery process. There were delays in getting my packages delivered, which caused inconvenience. However, the company did address the issue promptly and made sure my packages were eventually delivered. Overall, I would say that Transway air & ocean freight is an average company.
