I had a mixed experience with Passages Hospice. The overall care provided to my loved one was good, but there were some issues with communication and responsiveness from the staff. I appreciate the effort your team put into making my loved one comfortable, but I do hope you can work on improving your communication channels. Overall, an average experience.
