Rob roy is an average company. The services they provide are satisfactory but nothing exceptional. I expected more from a company with such a reputable name. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was decent. However, there were a few issues with delivery and some of the products were not as described. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn't highly recommend them.
