Will never go back to Russell s auto and RV again lesson learned . Went for a oil change and a fuel filter change today and got ripped off . The fuel filter kit is usually 50/60$ they charged $ 164.82 ? Look it up for yourself 2013 Ford F-350 6.7 diesel . Fuel filter kit . Also they charged me a $28.52 for shop supplies when I called to ask them about this they said it was for rags gloves ect. Are you kidding me ? For a fuel filter change and oil change ? This don t include the hazmat fee for $5 which I understand. Also this took about 2hours which I usually get done at the dealer in less than an hour .total cost oil change and fuel filter $350.35 look it up and judge for yourself!!!
