I recently used a similar service to DigDuck and it was a complete disappointment. The website was confusing and it was difficult to find what I needed. The customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. In stark contrast, DigDuck has exceeded my expectations. Their website is intuitive and their customer service team is friendly and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to choose DigDuck over any other company in the future.
