I had a really average experience with Segmentum versicherungskontor gmbh. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The website was a bit confusing to navigate, and it took me some time to find the information I needed. In terms of the rates offered, they were neither too expensive nor too cheap. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
