Tried to do an online upgrade weeks ago on the mtn app. Mtn website also offers the same contract so I didn't see anything dodgy about it. These people have been requesting documentation etc from me and sending me mixed sms's with regards to my application. On calling mtn i was told they have no record of my order number. After being given a run around I was told its been approved, the next its at dsv (without any confirmation or acceptance from.my side), i should call them. And then I was told it was pending documentation (which has already been sent)
I was already highly concerned by this as it seems I'm being scammed. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. After reading the reviews I hope I can find a way to get out of it!!
Save yourself the stress and DONT ever deal with these people.
