I have stayed in the second hall before. It was clean and new. This time I was assigned to the first hall. It was older (opened at the end of 2013). I found hair on one of the pillows after I checked in. After reporting to the switchboard, I could not change rooms, but I could change the pillows. As a result... ...I only helped change the pillowcases...and the next day both my husband and I had skin allergies and itchy skin.
The bar on the top floor of BTW is closed, but there is no announcement.
