I have worked in many companies over the last few years, and Silicon Reef are perhaps the best of the lot. As a small company, still developing its processes and ways of working, it's amazing that everyone there, without exception, has a hand in driving the company forward, openly and without fear. It's a cultural anomaly - the sort of place where everyone works their arses off, are empowered and accountable and perhaps equally as importantly, has a shed load of fun along the way.
