I had the unfortunate accident.....falling in the O hare Airport. I was taken by the ambulance to Rennaisance Medical Center. I broke my left hip and surgery soon to follow. I can not say enough kind words in regards to my surgical team and Dr. Hayek! Thank you for your kindness, empathy, and overall care. I would highly recommend Northwest Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.....
