My recent purchase from Inquisitor was a mixed bag. While the website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth, I encountered some issues with the delivery. The package arrived later than expected, and the item was not securely packed, resulting in some damage. The customer service team was responsive and offered a replacement, but it was still an inconvenience. Overall, I would say Inquisitor needs to improve their shipping and packaging processes.
