I had a really pleasant experience with CIOR - interallied confederation of reserve officers. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they provided me with all the information I needed. Their website, cior.net, is well-designed and easy to navigate. Overall, I would rate my experience with CIOR as excellent.
