Shout-outs to Grace E, a senior, for great cuts and hair color and to Valerie, for a great and relaxing facial this morning.

Miss Rose, Cosmetology instructor, gives praise where it s due, helps the students build confidence and provides gentle guidance and helpful hints. She inspires a positive, professional and supportive environment.

Culinary is also very strong. Today, my cousin and I had omelettes made by Josh and apple crisp and brownie sundae for dessert. All were delicious!

Our server was attentive, personable and very professional. Sorry we didn t get her name.
