This post could drag on forever, from the owner of this company calling me an idiot because I questioned my bill to the fact I was charged $1,050 for completion of my taxes, i would recommend avoiding this business entirely. First meeting we had was $250, which consisted of her talking for an hour about life and cultures, followed by 15 minutes of my actual taxes. She then charged a further $750 for the services which took over two weeks to even complete. She is an embarrassment to the profession, and I currently have an active file with Better Business Bureau, along with 5 other people who were in the same position. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
