I cannot say my rating us for the company as a whole. However it is for my personal experience. I have talked with a lot of car dealerships and sales persons over the years and this one by far is the worst experience I have ever had. I spoke to a total of 3 people. 2 out of the 3 treated me like it was a hassle to help me. The sales representative, Leslie, and I spoke through text message only. I spoke with one unknown customer service representative via text message. And i spoke with another customer service representative, Bobby, on a phone call. Bobby was friendly and happy to help. The unknown customer service representative and sales representative, Leslie, both treated me like it was a burden to help me. Now I can only come to the conclusion this is because we spoke through text message. However when a company not only accepts, but refers you to talk via text message you would think it would not be an issue. So I do not know. All I know is I wanted to buy a car and they had one I liked. I attempted to reach out to get the process started and make sure its available before I drive to the dealership, as I always have done at other dealerships. I was told the car sold but then two days later it was back up for sale on the website. And then once I inquired about it a second time it was immediately removed again. Overall the experience was disheartening and just seemed like it was a hassle to help me. I recommend that you do not contact via text message. I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did. Unfortunately the actions two representatives have lost that company my business. Good luck to all of you.
