As a customer, I recently used Carolina Strand Realty for my property search, and I must say I had an average experience. 🏠💼 Their website, carolinastrandrealty.com, was user-friendly and had a great search feature, making it easy to find properties in the desired location. 🌴🔍 However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. 😔 It took them longer than expected to respond to my inquiries, and I felt like I had to constantly follow up to get any updates. 📞⏳ Additionally, the agent I worked with seemed a bit disinterested and didn't go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. 😕💔 While they did help me find a property that met my criteria, the overall experience could have been better. 🏡💼 In the future, I hope to see improved communication and more attentive agents.
