I recently purchased some pipe equipment from this company and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the products I needed without any trouble. However, the customer service was lacking. When I had a question about the products, their response time was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times before receiving a satisfactory answer. The shipping was also delayed, which was frustrating as I had expected my items to arrive within the specified timeframe. On a positive note, the quality of the equipment was decent and it met my requirements. But considering the average customer service and delayed shipping, I feel that there is room for improvement in these areas.
