I recently used the services of this property management company and found their website to be very informative and user-friendly. However, the response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and I had to follow up multiple times before getting a satisfactory answer. I appreciated their professional approach, but I wish the communication could have been more prompt. Overall, the experience was average. 🏢
