I recently had a mixed experience with this company. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful. They were attentive to my needs and provided some good advice on pool maintenance. However, I was a bit disappointed with the selection of products available in-store. I was hoping for a wider variety of pool and spa accessories to choose from. Also, the pricing seemed a bit higher compared to other similar stores in the area. The website was convenient for browsing products, but I wish there were more detailed descriptions and reviews for each item. Overall, I found the customer service to be good, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of product variety and pricing.
