I recently used the services of an organization that provides support and advocacy to individuals with disabilities, and overall, my experience was average. While I appreciated the range of programs offered and the dedication of the staff, I found the communication to be somewhat lacking. It was often difficult to get a quick response to my inquiries, and there were occasional delays in receiving needed information. The website was informative, but could benefit from being more user-friendly and up-to-date. However, I did appreciate the efforts made to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for the community. Overall, it's a good organization but could use some improvements in communication and website functionality.
