I recently had the opportunity to work with Biotek Instruments and I must say, the experience was average. The customer service was helpful, but the product quality left something to be desired. The instrument I purchased seemed to have some calibration issues and I had to contact support multiple times to get it resolved. Overall, the experience was decent but not exceptional.
