I have been a customer of Ruby Receptionists for several years now and I must say they are just average. The receptionists are polite and professional, but nothing exceptional. The service is reliable and they do a decent job of answering calls and taking messages. However, there have been a few occasions where they have made mistakes or failed to follow instructions properly. Overall, I would rate them as average.
