I had a decent experience as a teaching fellow with NYC Teaching Fellows and the New York City Department of Education. The program offered solid training, and the support from fellow teachers was helpful. However, there were some gaps in resources and mentorship that could be improved. Overall, it was an average experience, but I believe there is room for growth and enhancement in the program.
