I had a somewhat mixed experience at Promise hospital of east los angeles. On one hand, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, there were some issues with the level of care I received. I felt that my concerns were not always taken seriously, and there were delays in receiving necessary treatments.
