I was given a pretax total over the phone, and upon completion they had added additional charges to the bill. We specifically decided upon this dealership based on the total price given over the phone, as we had called around for the total cost from several different places. We would ve chosen a different location if the price had been quoted accurately. This is not only unprofessional, but a shady business practice as well. If it had been an honest mistake that would ve been rectified when we pointed it out at checkout, that would ve been understandable, but they simply dismissed us.
