I have been a customer of Unessd for several months now and I must say, their service is average. While they do a decent job overall, there is room for improvement. The website is user-friendly, which is a plus. However, the response time from the customer support team can be quite slow at times. Overall, I'm satisfied with Unessd, but there is definitely room for growth.
