Fantastic resort - no service whatsoever. We have been visiting the resort for many years before and after COVID. The service is astonishingly bad for the 400 USD a night rooms lately. No room clean up service daily unless you harass the staff succesfully to get your bed made up and bathroom cleaned. Astonishing that it has sunk this low and after 20 years we may just give up on it for the futures for this reason. We cannot continue to accept mediocre service from a place that sells luxury expedriences without offering service
