No published phone number where you can actually get a hold of someone under their business info on google maps. They (Icon) make it very difficult. Googling Icon Motorsports phone number will provide a number which does not yield anything other than a recorded line which transfers you to nobody. Icon is known worldwide and it blows my mind that they make reaching out to their CS damn near impossible. I have two products from them that need warranty service/attention and Icon seems to be cool with giving their customers the middle finger. I won t be buying anything from Icon ever again and I suggest you do the same. While Alpinestars, Shoei and other brands are a bit more in cost, you get actual customer service and attentive service when needed.

Icon, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
