I had a mixed experience with Kirchbaumer.com gmbh. The website itself was easy to use and I found some great products. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and when I finally did, the representative was not helpful. In the end, I managed to resolve the issue myself, but it was quite frustrating. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
