I recently purchased a new vacuum cleaner from a well-known company. While the vacuum itself works fine, I was disappointed with the customer service. Whenever I called with a question or concern, I was met with indifference and a lack of knowledge. It's frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money on a product and get subpar customer service in return. I wish I had gone with a different brand like Oreck Vacuum, known for their great customer service.
