I have been renting from YA for a bit over a year now and have been impressed with their professionalism and service. My previous apartment, rented through a different organization, was small and outdated. YA's property is roomy and well-maintained. Every maintenance request I've made has been completed promptly, generally within the same day if not within a few hours. Great choice for residential renters!
