We unfortunately hired Peninsula Tours to provide transportation for our wedding this summer and they were the one vendor from our wedding we have to recommend against! While communication leading up to the event was fine, the driver the day of was incredibly rude to our guests, and even refused to make one of our pre-arranged stops to drop the wedding party off without explanation. There were no safety or time constraints, he just wouldn't stop the shuttle. This led to our wedding party being dropped on the side of the road and retrieved by friends and family. Totally absurd behavior that did not fulfill the contract. Further dealings with Peninsula Tours have been unsuccessful and they refuse to refund any portion of our their sizeable cost. Avoid at all costs!
