We paid top dollar for good quality Italian tile, just to be faced with inconsistency with the tile size. I understand they didn't manufacture the tile, but when asked to return, the owner Fotis refused to help us. He does not care about his customers. Once we were out the door, he refused to help us. He also owns All Marble and Granite in Pennsauken, NJ. Stay away from these guys. There are a lot of other honest shops on Washington.
