I was slightly disappointed with the experience I had with Svalbard booking. While the booking process was simple, the tour guide lacked energy and enthusiasm. The sights were amazing, but I wish the guide provided more interesting facts and stories about Svalbard. It was an average tour, nothing extraordinary.
