Let me start off by saying that all the staff at Skin Cancer Specialists are very nice, friendly, and professional. I have been pleased with each provider that I ve seen but I just want to give extra kudos to Laura Martin, PA, for making my appointment more personal. She spent that extra few minutes talking to me about my condition and helping me understand what was going on. I felt she understood my frustration and didn t make me feel like I was taking up her time. Also I want to thank Sara, the phone receptionist, for her patience when I called to schedule, then reschedule, and then again to ask for a nurses assistance. I used to be a phone receptionist and it can be very stressful! So thank you everyone who works at Skin Cancer Specialists!
