I have been a tenant with GPT Properties Trust for a few years now, and overall, my experience has been positive. The staff is friendly and professional, and they have always addressed any maintenance issues in a timely manner. The only reason I am giving them an average rating is because there have been a couple of instances where communication could have been better. Other than that, I have no complaints.
