I have been as a customer of Gmr Research And Technology INC for several years now and I must say that my experience has been average. While their products are of good quality, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Whenever I have had an issue and tried to reach out for support, it has been a frustrating experience. The response time is usually slow and the representatives are not very helpful. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
