I have been threatened with being arrested and ban...

I have been threatened with being arrested and banned from the airport, and lose my flight because I was peacefuly lying on the floor - the airport is unprepared to handle the ammount of people that arrives during the night and around the 70% of the people here are sitting on the cold and dirty floor. As soon as anyone slightly lyes down, they bring them up quickly with violent theats. That made me feel unprotected, ashamed and abused. I suggest you avoid this airport because its also 2 hours away from London.
