Had body work done there as they were a "preferred" dealer through my insurance. Upon picking car up, the color was not even close to matching and several other issues were pointed out. Upon pointing out issues to the body shop manager, Jeremy, he became defensive and combative to my son. When he told my son that he didn't care if he liked the attitude he was giving him and told him to take his keys, I asked for his manager. His reply was that he was the manager. I asked for the general manger and he replied "I'm a Simms. My name is on the sign out front" I guess being a son or some relative of the owner garners some sort of entitlement. He did eventually, sort of apologize, after I told him I would be discussing it with my insurance company. The car was repainted and it was acceptably close and other issues were addressed. I did voice my displeasure with them to my insurance company, Progressive, and told them if I need a body shop in the future, I will not be using Simms.
