Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.
The ceiling of the bathroom in my room, 151, was leaky and there wasn't water in the washbasin. The room itself was stuffy and dank. The towel available on arrival was obviously used and I had to request a fresh one. The bedding also hadn't been changed. The mattress wasn't firm and didn't make for a good night's rest.
I had to expend half a can of mosquito spray when I checked in because of the sheer number of mosquitoes in the room on arrival.
At the very minimum, a 3-star hotel should deliver on cleanliness and orderliness. Grand Central hotel, Kano does NOT deliver on the very basics! Very disappointing.
