I recently had an average experience at White Jones Hardware & Sprtng. The website, whitejoneshardware.com, was easy to navigate, and I found the products I needed. However, the staff seemed a bit disinterested and not very knowledgeable. I wish they had more variety in certain product categories. Although the prices were reasonable, the customer service could definitely be improved.
